Dutch bi-laminate waterproof woodland camo parka, same camo pattern as British DPM, this parka was probably the best of all the NATO issue parkas in the DPM pattern. 

Although not a Gore-Tex type of garment, the outer fabric is a bi-laminated waterproof material that is tough and will keep the elements out.
